Dealers Den

Furvana as a Dealer

Do you have artwork or merchandise for sale that you think Furvana attendees would love? We'd love to have you! The Dealers Den welcomes artists and vendors of all types and sizes. It's important to bring talented, diverse, and generally awesome vendors to Furvana, so if you have any questions or requests don't hesitate to ask!

The Dealers Den is intended for sellers who want to sell for all three days. If you're not sure if that's for you, we welcome you to check out the Artist Alley instead. Dealers are permitted to resell merchandise, although we prefer that dealers focus on their own unique own work. If this is something that interests you, we encourage you to read the rules below and apply!

Application Process

Applications are open! To apply, sign into or register for an account, then click on the Vendor link located under Applications in the left column.

Selection Process

All Dealers Den applications will be selected via a curation process based upon the information provided in the application. Members of Furvana 2025 staff will decide which applicants will be accepted.

If you are applying for the Premium Booths, please make sure to comment if you're interested in being considered for a basic table if you are not selected for a premium booth.

We will close applications on May 31st, and all dealers will be notified by June 6th by email if they have been accepted, added to the waitlist, or if we are unable to fit them into Furvana 2025.

We've had difficulty in the past with our email aliases being marked as spam, and it is important we are able to contact dealers. Please add dealers@furvana.org to your contacts to reduce the risk of important communications being sent to your Spam folder.

Your table is not transferrable in the event you are unable to attend. If you need to cancel your table, please contact dealers@furvana.org and your table will be backfilled by Furvana Dealers Den staff. You are not entitled to a refund or rollover in the event of cancellation.

Security

After the Dealers Den is closed for the night, all doors will be closed and patrolled by staff until the convention center closes at midnight.

Premium Booth: $190

We are once again offering a select number of Premium Booths for dealers who wish to sell during extended hours. These booths are significantly larger, are located just outside of the main Dealers Den space, and are available to you and attendees the entire time the Convention Center is open.

You may customize the layout of your booth any way you like, including your own freestanding displays, and Furvana will be able to provide tables and chairs as needed. Our goal in providing these expanded spaces is to enable larger furry retailers to sell during evening hours, when the Furvana dance is in full swing and attendees may be more likely to impulse buy.

Note on Security for Premium Booths

Please note that you are still responsible for monitoring and securing your property with your own staff, as Furvana cannot guarantee staff on hand to monitor your booths. You do not need to set-up/tear-down your booth daily, although this is an option available to you. There will be no access to this space to anyone while the convention center is closed.

Conbook Advertisements

All accepted dealers are eligible for 75% off ad space in the con book. Con book submission deadline is July 21st.

Tax ID Requirements

All dealers are required to present their Washington State Tax ID or Temporary Tax ID to the Dealers Den lead before September 1. It must be active for the dates of the convention. If this is not present, you will not be permitted to sell.

Dealers may share their tables with another dealer. Each dealer that is making sales must have their own tax ID. Because of this, you must let the dealers lead know if someone else is selling with you. Assistants are not required to provide a tax ID.

Content Rules

All dealers must agree to abide by these rules:

Dealer Assistants

Dealers may have assistants to help set up, tear down, or facilitate transactions in the Dealers Den, but keep in mind there are only 2 chairs behind each table.

We do request that you notify us of any assistants you have so we can provide them with a dealers ribbon. We do this to make sure there is no one in restricted spaces that shouldn’t be. Dealers must check in their assistants with Dealers Den staff for them to be allowed access during setup and teardown times.

Dealer Assistants are not permitted to sell their own artwork or merchandise. Only artwork or merchandise under the primary dealer may be sold.
